CUSTOM STATIONERY
Your save the dates and invitations are the first impressions of your wedding day! They set the tone for your event and should also highlight your personalities as a couple. With your vision in mind, I aim to create a cohesive wedding “brand” for your big day!
Custom Invitation Design Process

Initial Consultation: We will discuss your wedding details and vision for wedding stationery. We will look at design styles, paper swatches, printing samples, fonts, wording, embellishments and everything in between. We will also discuss quantity of invites and how many pieces your invitation suite will need based on your specific event. *If you are not local, we can do this via phone and email. I am happy to send photos of paper and print samples, and make the process as smooth as possible for you.

Deposit: Once we have the details nailed down, I will provide a proposal/initial estimate for your wedding. If you choose to move forward, a 50% deposit is required to begin design work. *Your deposit is nonrefundable and pays for all custom design time, proofing, and materials.

Proofing: I will design based on what we initially chatted about and you will give feedback until we create your dream suite! Your proof is ready for print when you say it is!

Revisions: Once we have the overall design nailed down, you are allowed to make up to 3 rounds of revisions, if needed, to the current design.

Final Production: Once the final designs and all text are approved by you, the order will be sent to print! This usually takes about 2 weeks, but could take up to 3 weeks depending on the chosen printing methods. *The remainder of your invoice will be due at this time.

Quality Check/Assembly: I will receive the printed items and quality check everything. If embellishments were included in your design (i.e. wax seal, ribbon, etc.), I will assemble the suites and add the embellishments.

Delivery: I will hand off your items to you ready to add postage, stuff and mail. (If you don't add printed guest addressing to the order, the envelopes will also need to be addressed – if you are interested in professional calligraphy, I can also help with the coordination of this).
* On average, the entire invitation design process takes about 3 months, although we can always speed things along, if needed.
INVESTMENT
Your invitation suite is a small, tangible piece of your wedding day that will last forever and provide a special memory to hold onto as you begin the next chapter of your lives.
Every wedding is unique, and no two couples will have the exact same wants or needs when it comes to their stationery. All of my pricing is based off of the specific design elements of each job. Your overall cost will depend on many factors such as quantity, suite size, printing method (digital, foil, letterpress, etc.), paper type and thickness, addressing, embellishments, and more! During our initial consultation, we will try and nail down as many of these design details as possible so that I can provide you with a custom quote based on your needs.
While it would be impossible to create a “one size fits all” pricing schedule for invitations, below is a starting point of what you could expect for a basic suite.
Custom invitation suites start around $600
*This starting price is based on a quantity of 100 invites and would include:

In addition to wedding stationery, Erin Clarke Design can help you create ALL your wedding day details! These day-of details most commonly include things like ceremony programs, menus, escort displays, place cards, large and small signage, thank you cards, welcome bags or baskets, koozies, napkins, cups, drink stirrers and much more! I LOVE creating your custom day-of decor that includes elements from your invitation design and matches your overall wedding tone - this helps to create a cohesive, beautiful event from start to finish! It's all in the details!
All details are completely custom and made to order, and priced based off of material and labor time. In an effort to reduce waste, I am now offering a 20% discount for the return of certain items such as wood and acrylic boards (a lot of the time these materials can be cleaned and re-made into another custom sign for someone else).
